# Open Facilitation Professional community of facilitators **Who are we?** We are a community of professional facilitators, trainers and process coaches. We have experience with both online and offline meetings, we are from different cities and we have a variety of skill sets and expertise. We are all passionate about working with people and helping groups reach their full potential. We are experts in creating and moderating spaces where people can meet, work, solve conflicts or take decisions together. To promote this work and improve our visibility, we decided to build a directory of facilitators. It will make it easier for potential customers to hire one of us, based on their needs.

# What does a facilitator do? Facilitators create and design spaces for people to meet. They are trained in optimising these spaces and guiding the participants impartially towards the goal of the assembly. That assembly can be your weekly meeting, your team retreat or team building, a conference or a seminar. Facilitators are excellent listeners and have a feel for group dynamics. # Efficient and revitalizing online meetings Make the most of your online meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Jitsi, ... Already feeling the Zoom fatigue? Have you ever wasted time on a poorly run online meeting? Wouldn't you wish that your workforce would be trained to run those calls more efficiently? With this training you will learn how to run efficient and revitalizing online calls. We do groups of 5 to 15 people where we all get the opportunity to learn from experts and from each other. ### For whom is this meeting? For everyone in the private or public sector that organises online meetings and wants to learn how to make the most of them. ### What will I learn? You will learn how to make the most of Zoom/Teams/Meet, but also how to prepare for an online meeting, how to make sure that everyone gets to participate 🙋🏼‍♀️ (and that nobody falls asleep 😴 ). You will make better decisions together and you will keep your employees engaged. ### Why doing this training in group? People don't remember much when they are passively listening to someone. By doing this in groups (and sub groups if necessary), we make sure everyone has the opportunity to share their experience and learn from each other.
