# Open Facilitation

**Who are we?**

We are a community of professional facilitators, trainers and process coaches.

We have experience with both online and offline meetings, we are from different cities and we have a variety of skill sets and expertise.&#x20;

We are all passionate about working with people and helping groups reach their full potential. We are experts in creating and moderating spaces where people can meet, work, solve conflicts or take decisions together.&#x20;

To promote this work and improve our visibility, we decided to build a directory of facilitators. It will make it easier for potential customers to hire one of us, based on their needs. <br>
